The market situation constantly forces us to lower prices for our customers and, as a manufacturer, to reduce production costs while simultaneously raising the quality standards of the products we manufacture.

How can we achieve these two goals? One way is through the production of special tools necessary for manufacturing.

For our own needs, we produce: form tools (pillar, shank, etc.), special inserts, step drills, reamers, cams, and more.

The production of special tools is carried out using specialized 5-axis DECKEL S11 SPEED tool grinders and the Mitsubishi FA 10-S Advance wire EDM center. We manufacture special tools from powder steels, solid carbides, and semi-finished steel products with brazed carbide inserts. Each tool is designed and produced using the latest CAD/CAM technologies.
